Sabai’s desire is to help a person achieve tranquility. Each person is recognized as unique, therefore, services are designed to cater to the different needs and preferences of the client. This is facilitated by implementing modalities that are known not only to improve a person’s physical condition but also wellbeing of spirit and soul. Sabai offers a large range of modalities such as massage, facial massage, reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, and cupping. Also offered are body treatments and packages of services for those who desire a longer respite from the world.

SABAI'S RITUAL
Every Service incorporates ritual: Inhalation of essential oil known for its soothing or relaxing quality introduces touch. As one inhales the oils, allow thoughts and worries to drift away and focus on the massage or the goal of the massage such as healing, relaxation or rejuvenation. Warm soothing towels are applied to the feet and when the client is turned over, warm river stones are placed upon the back to allow the muscles to be more pliable. At the service's completion, essential oils with the qualities to awaken and uplift the spirit are inhaled to reintroduce the client to the world.

All of the products used in massage, facial massage, and body treatments are crafted using only all natural ingredients. Only therapeutic grade, organic, kosher and wildcrafted elements that are known historically to nourish the body, mind and spirit are utilized.

MASSAGE
Services can be tailored for strictly relaxation or can be therapeutic in nature relieving muscle tightness and pain. The individual is always in control and is encouraged to inform the therapist whether the pressure is too light or too deep.
Therapeutic Massage

Warm massage oil (preservative free, unscented and nourishing to the skin) is applied. Body work consists of a blend of stretching and medium pressure strokes while deeper work addresses problem areas such as neck, back and shoulders. At the end of the service, the body is relaxed while the skin feels smooth not oily.
Aromatherapy Massage

Create a blend of essential oils to enhance the results the massage. Choose from oils that are known to enhance relaxation and calm anxiety, reduce muscle pain and remove toxins, while others can energize or uplift the spirit or sooth the soul and ground the spirit.
Warm Basalt Stone Massage

Heated basalt stones are applied in long strokes along the body as well as to key points where deeper work is needed. The penetrating heat from the hot stones softens the muscle tissue, which allows for deeper relaxation. This is followed by therapeutic massage. The warmth of the stones creates sensations of comfort and rest.
Facial Massage
Essential oils are combined with natural elements for exfoliates, masks and moisturizers. Renewal is achieved through nature not synthetics. (No Extractions) Sabai’s ritual of essential oil breathing and heated towel foot wraps is applied with the following facial massage services.

Gua Sha

This “scraping” facial ritual originated in the Paleolithic era. Smooth jade stones are used to lift, sculpt and tighten the skin. The benefits include releasing muscular tension in face, stimulates circulation carrying oxygen and nutrients to the skin while also moving stagnant lymph and congestion. It also activates the natural moisturizing process.
Add 30 mins to any facial massage.
Back Facial

Luxury facial full body massage that targets lymphatic system. Light dry brushing is utilized to move the lymph and lightly scrub the skin. Once the skin is prepared, a seaweed mask with healing essential oils is applied and you are enveloped in warmth while you receive a scalp and neck massage.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle hands-on session for the whole body where the client is fully clothed. The holds are gentle with a light touch. Focus is to bring calm and balance to the nervous system which affects the healing process of an individual.

The ancient healing tradition of Reflexology differs from massage in that pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These reflex areas correspond to organs and areas of the body. Raindrop Therapy

This treatment was developed by Dr. Gary Young and a medicine man to correct defects in the spine. The theory is that viruses lie dormant along the spine and cause misalignment. Drops of essential oils known to have anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties are sprinkled upon the spine and feet to bolster the body’s natural immune defense. This service is both therapeutic to mind and body.
